My general rule is "if it's too good to be true, it most like is a lie". Went on tour with my wife. She has been complaining that we don't spend much time with grandkids for a while back then. I was against membership of any kind from the get go. Stood no chance arguing with wife, so we bought. Saying "you are right honey" felt good for the first time. We took grandkids to Orlando twice already. Wife convinced me to go on Alaskan Cruise next summer. First year savings over 4500 already. Sometimes wife does know best.
I convinced my husband to join because we did not travel much at all and I felt it would be a good way for start changing that. I never knew we would find a new passion together. We went hiking in Grenada, we swam in waterfalls and rainforest of Puerto Rico. We went on catamaran tour in Anegada. I have to say this membership improved our marriage. Booking is breeze and I know we are getting great rates on everything.
The flexibility of the program is great. We live in Florida and we love cruising. The prices are amazing. You guys make it very simple to plan everything and your customer service is outstanding! We travel with grandkids a lot. We love that you can access condos in nearly everywhere you choose to go. Let me tell you eating out with a bunch of teenagers become very expensive very fast. Now I do all my shopping first day of vacation: with full kitchen it is much easier and cheaper to feed our hungry crowd. We always choose resort with plenty activities to do onsite, which also cuts a lot of expenses out. We are happy we found better way to travel.
We love nature and outdoors. We found that for hotels and vacation rentals it works great. We saved on average of 30% on hotel bundles as well. But we don’t get much savings when we fly kids home for holidays, so be mindful of that. We saved well on cute condo stay during our recent trip to Joshua Tree National Park. And we are going to visit Denali in Alaska next year....:))) Our concierge Becky was very helpful in ironing out details for us. We are satisfied campers.
Best part is specials they always have for 60 days or less. We work full time and getting away with or especially without kids is hassle. We go on short getaways for 3-4 day and pay less than what 1 night cost at some of those villas. Even for holiday times we find specials! Car rentals savings are average so far. They explained extras like car and flight work best for longer stays only. I find that to be the biggest complain we have.
My husband and I purchased membership several years ago because we have been avid cruisers for a while, and were looking to make it a norm to try something different every year. Your cruise gannets are really experts at what they do. I am particularly happy that we incredible balcony deals on otherwise very expensive itineraries. Seeing Europe for the first time aboard Viking was magical. This takes our travel standard to a new level

I was pulled in to listen to their pitch while on vacation in St. Thomas. I think they had free cruise and cash they promised to give us. Bought because wife wanted it, but turned out to be a great decision. We saved about 7 grand over the last 3 years. And definitely saved lots of time looking for deals. Website is easy, but concierge service is my preferred route.
We bought while on vacation. Once we got home, we got scared. It was a big financial step and quite frankly, we did not think it was worth it. But Lizzy from customer service called and answered many question we had. Best part is when we started actually booking! What a difference! We booked 14 Days Royal Caribbean for about $1200 less. Onboard credit added another $200-300 savings easy. They always send out specials and promos. I love shopping around and looking for new ideas. Membership was a true blessing when I had to fly to California to take care of my mom. They set me up at Wyndham close bro the hospital and helped arrange car rental. Happy Customer!
They really came through on my birthday girls trip. We got fantastic 5 Day stay at all inclusive Melia Resort in Dominican Republic. It was great! Customer service took care of arrangements. 5 of us flew from 3 different states. Not a hiccup! Thank you.
good savings if you like resorts and extras. Friendly customer service. I prefer booking online, so I only had to call few times. Flight prices are same as most sites I can find myself.
This was the best decision we have made in a while! I can go see my kids in college any time. Value Escapes had been a real blessing. We spend less on a condo for week than we used to on just 2-3 nights at some hotel. When my oldest got married, we gave her a week in Barbados. They had incredible time. I can't wait to start spoiling grandkids with the trips we couldn't have been able to afford without using our membership.
I use membership a lot for myself and family from out of country. With lengthy international trips this makes a huge difference...I use to spent weeks putting itineraries together. This program makes it much easier and considerably cheaper. Great customer service and very patient with my complicated requests.
We travel better now that we are members. Our family loves resorts with fun amenities onsite to keep everyone busy and entertained. This allowed us to improve the quality of vacations we take and with the money we save, we can afford to travel more. Thank you
Been a member for 3 years now and this membership has been very valuable. I have my own business and don't have time to spend looking for deals online. Concierge appointment is awesome feature - they call me at the time convenient for me. I book a lot of last minute flight and hotel packages for trade conferences, and they always come through with way better rates than what I used to pay.
I recommend this program to anyone who wants to take more vacations and better ones. Good savings and fast customer service
We were scared at first. Definitely thought we made a big mistake. I even tried sort of sabotaging their best price guarantee. We have been seasoned cruisers for years now and accumulated pretty decent amount of free upgrades and bonuses on Royal Caribbean. They came back with better prices than we ever saw. Don't be scared and give it a try.
We got bribed to see a presentation while on on cruise. We decided that 1 hour they were asking for, was worth a free vacation or cruise they promised we would get.The sales team was very convincing, so we bought. I'd say we use this membership at least 3-4 times a year. Booking is easy and can be done online or by calling. I like that I can talk to real person and ask away before I pay. The free cruise we got for joining we could not use within time allowed, which was a bummer. We ended up giving it to our neighbor instead. Overall, their service and prices are good and you can really see the savings if you travel often. I wish they had more pet-friendly resorts available though. We were not given many choices
I purchased while on vacation in St. Thomas in July 2010. The reason was that I have just undergone through one of those life experiences when I realized that I only have 1 life and there is so much more to it than work and stress. I bought for ME to be able to see more of the life and the world around me. I have a number of health issues that at time require special assistance and so on.
