Very reasonable prices on cruises and resorts. I am a veteran cruiser with over 15 years of experience and I have never seen better prices. So that's the good part. I was pretty upset cause the "free" trip we got for coming wasn't all that free after all. Our sales guy advised us to give it away when we bought and I should have followed his advise. But other than that, all other promises are being kept so far.
I have to admit I was very skeptical at first. These days you hear too many empty promises and guarantees. So when I went through one their sales presentation while on St.Maarten, my guard was totally up. I had them price few trips that I had recently taken, and prices shown were like 40-50% less then I paid. Upon my return home, I was pleasantly surprised: they really make you feel like a part of the family. My sales lady was very cordial and followed up on the regular. I had an issue with booking "free" vacation I got for attending; but they quickly resolved it and I ended up giving it to a family member instead. So far my experience had been mostly positive and membership is about to pay for itself in few years.
My membership has opened up a whole new world I did not see before. Awesome prices on most vacations I actually want to take. Concierge service is very useful when planning lengthy meaningful trips. Great value for your money!

This membership is amazing! Not only did I have the most relaxing vacation but the process of booking it was a breeze. I finally had an opportunity to use the internet without the kids help.
I wish I found them sooner! Their prices are simply too good to resist. Destinations are galore to choose from. I absolutely love my membership!
